Our carriers, Australia Post & StarTrack are experiencing a surge in volume of parcels during this year's peak shopping period, all whilst managing the impacts of flooding across multiple states and COVID-19. Our warehouse team and delivery partners continue to work hard to dispatch and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. During this time, please be reminded there will be delays in receiving your shipment. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same business day, but unfortunately the quick processing time on our end may not eventuate in a quicker delivery time with our carriers. We understand that every order is urgent during this period, and we endeavour to help resolve all problems as fast as possible. Please note that we have no control on how the parcels are routed through our carrier's facilities. As a general rule of thumb, please expect delivery delays of up to 3-5 business days for metro areas and up to 8 business days for rural areas. Items placed on the express shipping service will also experience delays during this period, and will likely see delays of up to 3 business days. The Express Post Guarantee has been suspended by Australia Post.
Extended Returns Period
Presents over the holiday season can be difficult, but we're here to help and ensuring we make it easier for our customers by extending our returns period. Any purchases made from November 1, 2022 will be eligible for a refund or exchange until the 31st January, 2023.
